- 22:00.2 – Haley Nowak *Medalist
Congratulations also in order for Sebastian Flood – closing out his career with a 27th place medal in 17:43.

The meet was an excellent way to close out the season for a special group of people and dedicated runners.
Despite the cold, it was evident that everyone had a good time today; and that is the way it is supposed to be.
