Congratulations to Adam Khriss and Victoria Saniko – who both pick up individual wins and were our top M/F performers of the meet.
This was a huge meet for us to start things off in our division. Improvement starting to take place in everyone. Just think about what your time trial was in August (only 17 days ago) – many of you have already seen drastic time drops!
We have to bear down and focus now….. come to practice each day with a fresh mind and a desire to be successful.
