WEEK OF 9/30 to 10/5
Special advance announcement!!! Tuesday, October 8th we are going to Bayonne Park to learn the new course for the North Hudson Championship Meet. Everyone please make the necessary pans to be with us as the bus is scheduled for 2:30pm, but that could be moved to 2:45.
This Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (3:15pm PROMPT START)
Water jug and cups should be brought out and placed on the lock box each day.
Report to the track promptly each of these days and begin a BRISK 1.50 miles (6 laps) at 3:15pm – Then the team will begin a solid stretch routine and warm up period.
If every the weather is ever very bad (rain) – we will meet in gym lobby or recreation center. This would always be announced here and group chat sent out by the captains. You all have phones and you all know where the website is.

Monday: report to the track – we do warm up; full stretch; hydrate, then 8 X 100 meter strides – this could be a quick workout!

Tuesday NJIC Divisional Championship @ Garret Mt
bus leaves no later then 1pm; if there is any changes, I will know by Monday’s practice.

V/Girls Meadowlands Division – 3:40PM: Aarya, Ananya, Julianna, Elaine, Isabel, Anishka, Mriam
Freshman Boys (all divisions) / 2 miles – 4pm: all remaining 5 freshmen
JV boys Boys (all divisions) 4:15pm: all remaining boys
JV Girls (all divisions) 4:30pm: all remaining girls
