*Go on New Jersey Turnpike North towards GW Bridge.
*Get off at the Exit (left side ramp) marked 9W/Palisades Interstate Parkway.
*At the top of the ramp/light, make a left and proceed to Palisades Interstate Parkway North.
*Go about 43 miles (leaving NJ and into NY) and get off the very end of the Interstate at the Bear Mountain Bridge Circle. You will not cross the bridge. At this circle, make the immediate first right into the Bear Mountain State Park entrance. (If you miss the exit, just go around the circle again.)
The trip takes about an hour by car.
