WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 16th – 21st
EVERY Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (3:15pm START)
Water jug and cups should be brought out and placed on the lock box each day.
NOTE Tuesday -> Have water and cups outside on the curb in back waiting for my truck to pick it up.
Report to the track promptly each of these days and begin a BRISK 1.25 (5 laps) at 3:15pm – Then the team will begin a solid stretch and warm up period.
If every the weather is very bad (rain) – we will meet in gym lobby or recreation center. This would always be announced here and group chat sent out by the captains. You all have phones and you all know where the website is.
(If a one session day, we will start at 12:30pm)
Wednesday: NJIC Week #2 @ Darlington Park Vs. Eastern Christian and Park Ridge/Emerson / Girls 4:30 and Boys at 5:20 pm / Bus leaves at 3pm sharp !
Saturday: Magee Class Invitational (Greystone Park) ————-> bus leaves at 7:30am <————
