Hudson County Championship
November 2, 2019 @ Bayonne County Park
Some history rewritten at this meet for our program. The Varsity boys team placed 3rd – the best in school history. The Freshman boys team placed 2nd – also the best performance in school history. Haley Nowak set a new school record en route to her 4th place individual finish in the varsity girls race-19:53.3. We also had individual medalists in freshman, JV boys, and Varsity boys and girls. Not a bad day for the little school by the swamp.
If it is possible for me to grow prouder with each meet – I believe am. This has been a season for the record books.
