IN your training guides there will be days marked “RT.”
This simply means you will be working on your resistance band exercises.
You will be doing 3 sets of each and 15 repetitions in each set.
You go through the cycle, meaning start with exercise #1 ,the #2, then#3, then #4, and when you finish #5, you will begin your next set.
