IN your training guides there will be days marked “RT.”

This simply means you will be working on your resistance band exercises.

 

You go through the cycle, meaning start with exercise #1 ,the #2, then#3, then #4, and finish with #5, the repeat X2 more sets.

You are to do 15 repetitions on each exeercise.
