M 9/7 –  Easy 15 minute run (on RunKeeper) with good stretch

Tu 9/8 – 6pm at Track / Strength Drills and LSD

W 9/9 –  12:30pm to Darlington Park

Th 9/10 – 12:30pm HOME /  Strength Drills and strides /  followed by uniform issue

S 9/12 Season Opening Meet – 7am departure to the Annual Mount Invitational in New York
