We lost to a very good team, kudos to them. We will take another crack at them next week. Time to move on and not dwell on anything. We are a proud program and a good program. There is a lot of XC left for everyone.

Alex – ran an aggressive race vs Heights and is lowering her times!
Grace – as a freshman, has managed to hold on to a varsity roster spot.
Sebastian – getting better with each meet and has been a solid addition to our program.
Austin – improving quite a bit the last 2 meets. Had a good race at Stewart and now in this dual meet.
Ameer – starting to find some success of late; hope it continues
